Managing signature cards

Scanning and validating signature cards, signature verification support

Managing signature cards

Signature card management is the basis of conventional banking processes. Today, signature verification is supported with electronic signature images stored in IT systems, replacing the hard copy card records used earlier. In addition to card images, other important pieces of information are also required to decide whether a signature can be used or not. They can include amount limits, sole or joint signature authorities, or other restrictions. Our system supports the signature card management process and can also provide a standalone signature card database.

  • Scan signature cards and control the quality of scanned images at branches
  • Associate signature cards with customer codes or accounts
  • Define restrictions to be associated with signature cards
  • Manage deadlines
  • Process signature cards submitted as modifications
  • Manage complete cards and individual signature cut-outs
  • Send recorded card details and images to the bank's signature card management system
  • Build a signature card database and provide data
  • Strict control of card access based on user rights
  • Display signature cards in other order processing modules

A closed processing chain, no certificate is lost.

The connection between the CRAFT system and other systems of the bank can be easily implemented through standard interfaces.

Short response times so that users do not have to wait long for loading the image during signature verification.

Image quality can be set with parameters, so the system will store the images most suitable for verification.
