Managing signature cards

Scanning and validating signature cards, signature verification support

Managing signature cards

Signature card management is the basis of conventional banking processes. Today, signature verification is supported with electronic signature images stored in IT systems, replacing the hard copy card records used earlier. In addition to card images, other important pieces of information are also required to decide whether a signature can be used or not. They can include amount limits, sole or joint signature authorities, or other restrictions. Our system supports the signature card management process and can also provide a standalone signature card database.

  • Scan signature cards and control the quality of scanned images at branches
  • Associate signature cards with customer codes or accounts
