Using our case management system allows carrying out measurements related to workflow performance, and then drawing up reports based on the data. By generating these reports, the CRAFT Statistics module helps to get a more detailed overview of the amount and efficiency of the work done and to identify any issues. One group of reports provide information on the tasks done in a given period or waiting to be carried out from the administrators and organisational units’ perspective. Another group of reports provide case-by-case information on the workload and lead times measured in a given period and the cases not meeting the deadlines. All reports can be exported into Excel, where users themselves can easily process them further or change their visualisation.
